We keep our costumer files indefinitely; therefore
you will be able to order another t-shirt with the same design later and won’t
need to panic about anything. You can also bring your own t-shirts to be
printed as well! Do keep in mind that we typically print on cotton and cotton
blends (with a 50/50 mix being preferable).
We also print on 100% polyester items however the wash fastness cannot
be guaranteed. If you have more than one item, you may be eligible for volume
discounts. All the artwork created by each client for their orders, remains
their own property and will be maintained at our store for our exclusive usage
in executing your orders. Artwork that Big
Frog generates on your behalf remains the property of Big Frog. Please, enquire regarding policies of
transferring artwork ownership to yourself or company.
